Dean started in , working various restaurant-level positions throughout high school and college. Upon graduation from Dordt College with a B. Dean also holds a CPA. He is responsible for the financial matters of Pizza Ranch, Inc. Dean oversees the accounting department to ensure timely and accurate financial and payroll reports.
