The GVWR is the most weight allowed for both your trailer and your cargo. You can weigh your trailer at any truck stop or other places with a certified scale. Heavier items should be loaded in the front , with lighter, smaller items placed near the rear.
If you are towing a closed trailer, the lighter, smaller items should be placed near the top of the trailer in the rear. Always make sure that cargo is packed closely and firmly, using tie-downs as needed to secure the cargo and prevent it from shifting while you tow. If we're working with a contemporary track, we can often get stemmed elements for it, although the bigger the artists the more reluctant they are to let you play around with them.
But when you're talking music that's for a singular purpose, I would say stemmed stuff is absolutely critical. You'd be reluctant to embark on it without the ability to sort of arrange it yourself or to best suit its requirements.
