Officer James Dimmitt. Officer James Dimmitt needs to rethink the way he polices. Who cares if the girl was underage and drunk everybody has done that. But since Dimmitt had a giant chip on his shoulder for this girl's boyfriend because he exercised his right to free speech on a public sidewalk, Dimmitt made a horrible decision and put this young girl in a cab with someone she didn't know.

This officer also needs to work on his people skills and professionalism because making fun of people, talking down to them, and calling them "bro" is not acceptable. Finally, shouting at people and telling them to shut-up and listen may be police academy , but wait until he comes across someone who isn't drunk and actually knows his rights and realizes that every order that screams from Dimmitt is not lawful. This cop's behavior will eventually cost taxpayers and hopefully one day his actions will be captured by cameras not being run by the Campus PD production staff.
