We were right by the Howling Gales, and we decided to fight one "just for fun" even though we knew they couldn't actually be killed. I took a screenshot when we got it down to under k HP We were all surprised, and all thought it was pretty cool.

I uploaded the aforementioned screenshot, just waiting for it to be approved. Comment by Alexandrias This is probably on the main dungeon wowhead page, but to get through a howling gale as a priest, you must use a spell that you don't need to channel since you can't walk and cast at the same time.

I tried to use a spell that channels, but it by the time it finished the gale bounced me back. Each gale has to be targeted and hit separately. Like they said above, the object is not to kill, just to distract them. Comment by Hinalover Monk's Crackling Jade Lightning does not work on these since the spell is a channeled spell. Any of the Tier 2 healing abilities do work.

Will attempt other abilities on future runs through the instance. Then, use Paralysis on first one to make him stop attacking and hit second one with Crackling Jade Lightning.
